class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><br><\/p>\n<p>Seit der Gr\u00fcndung steht Access e.V. f\u00fcr die Erforschung der Erstarrungsgrundlagen im Rahmen von \u00f6ffentlich gef\u00f6rderten Projekten. Zielsetzung ist der Wissenstransfer in die Entwicklung von Gie\u00dfverfahren, Werkstoffen und Modellierungswerkzeugen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr grundlegende und anwendungsorientierte Untersuchungen stehen im eigenen Labor verschiedene \u00d6fen zum Tempern und zur definierten Erstarrung im Temperaturgradienten, sowohl f\u00fcr niedrigschmelzende organische Materialien bis hin zu Hochtemperaturwerkstoffen (bis 1800\u00b0C) zur Verf\u00fcgung. Insbesondere kommt die in-situ Untersuchung von Erstarrungsph\u00e4nomenen mit Thermosensoren, optischen Methoden oder mittels R\u00f6ntgenradiographie in metallischen Proben zum Einsatz. Eine enge Verzahnung mit den anderen Gesch\u00e4ftsbereichen erm\u00f6glicht die Verwendung und Weiterentwicklung notwendiger Analysemethoden und Simulationswerkzeuge zur quantitativen Bestimmung charakteristischer Gef\u00fcgeparameter.<\/p>\n<p>Als weiterer wichtiger Pfeiler wurden und werden in meist internationalen Projekten Experimente unter reduzierter Schwerkraft auf Parabelfl\u00fcgen, H\u00f6henforschungsraketen und der Internationalen Raumstation ISS durchgef\u00fchrt, um Erstarrungsvorg\u00e4nge weitestgehend frei von Str\u00f6mungsvorg\u00e4ngen zu untersuchen und so unverzichtbare Benchmark-Daten zu generieren.<\/p>\n<p>Als neue Werkzeuge kommen zunehmend Methoden der k\u00fcnstlichen Intelligenz und der mesoskopischen Modellierung von Erstarrungsmorphologien zum Einsatz. Mit all diesen Ans\u00e4tzen gelingt es, grundlegende Erstarrungsph\u00e4nomene besser zu verstehen und diese Erkenntnisse in die industrielle Anwendung zu
