(Gef\u00fcgeanalyse)<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <br \/><\/span><\/b><\/p><p>Eine umfassende und quantitative Beurteilung von Material- und Bauteileigenschaften geh\u00f6rt zu den Kernkompetenzen von Access. Sowohl als Begleitung unserer \u00f6ffentlich gef\u00f6rderten Projekte, als auch im Rahmen von Industrieprojekten und in Form von Auftragsarbeiten f\u00fcr unsere externen Kunden.<\/p><p>Thematisch geht es um die Dokumentation und Quantifizierung der Morphologie, der Texturentwicklung sowie um die Kontrolle der Phasenanteile, der Korn- und Phasengrenzfl\u00e4chen und anderer Merkmale der Eigenschaften eines Werkstoffs.<\/p><p>F\u00fcr die Charakterisierung der Gef\u00fcge- und Werkstoffeigenschaften stehen <em>\u201estate-of-the-art\u201c<\/em> Ger\u00e4te und Software zur Verf\u00fcgung, ebenso wie numerische Modelle und Simulations-Tools. Verteilt auf drei Labore betreibt Access e.V. die Schwerpunkte Mikroskopie, Computertomographie und Charakterisierung der mechanischen prim\u00e4r unter Verwendung von:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drei Zeiss Feldemissions Rasterelektronenmikroskope (ULTRA55, 1540XB und LEO1550), ausgestattet mit Oxford-EDX-Systemen (UltimMax 170, X-MaxN 150 und INCA X-act) zur Elementanalyse und Phasenanalyse, sowie EBSD-Systemen (Nordlys), zur Bestimmung kristallographischer Orientierungen und Korngr\u00f6\u00dfenverteilungen sowie zur Texturanalyse, mit einer Aufl\u00f6sung bis in den nm-Bereich, durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/li>\n<li>Zeiss Lichtmikroskope dienen u.a. der Gef\u00fcge- und Korngr\u00f6\u00dfenanalyse, und ein digitales HIROX-Lichtmikroskop der Oberfl\u00e4chen-Rauhigkeitsmessung und Profilanalyse, sowie der Defektcharakterisierung und dem Monitoring von Miniatur-Zugversuchen und 3-Punkt-Biegeversuchen.<\/li>\n<li>Ein Rasterkraftmikroskop TOSCA (AFM) wird zur 3D Charakterisierung von Oberfl\u00e4chen verwendet und eignet sich insbesondere f\u00fcr nano- und Mikrometer-strukturierte Materialien. Im Magnetic Force Microscopy Modus lassen sich auch magnetisch unterschiedliche Phasen innerhalb eines Materials charakterisieren. F\u00fcr weiche Werkstoffe (z.B. Polymere) lassen sich nanomechanische Eigenschaften durch Indentation ermitteln.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-365d3ab elementor-section-height-min-height elementor-section-items-stretch elementor-reverse-mobile elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"365d3ab\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" id=\"section2\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-4c8d1eb\" data-id=\"4c8d1eb\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-403ad56 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"403ad56\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Zur Bestimmung der 3D Gef\u00fcge- und Bauteileigenschaften verwendet Access e.V.:<\/p><ul><li>Einen industriellen Nikon CT, der die zerst\u00f6rungsfreie Darstellung der Volumeneigenschaften eines Bauteils, mit einer Aufl\u00f6sung bis in den Mikrometerbereich erlaubt. Modulare R\u00f6ntgenquellen von 225-320kV erm\u00f6glichen die Abbildung von Strukturgr\u00f6\u00dfen bis hin zu 15 \u00b5m, mit einem Detektor der Firma Perkin Elmer, der \u00fcber eine 16bit Grauwertaufl\u00f6sung verf\u00fcgt. Eine begehbare Probenkammer erm\u00f6glicht den Einbau auch von gro\u00dfen Proben.<\/li><li>Eine ATOS Scan-Box 5108 wird f\u00fcr die Erstellung von hochaufgel\u00f6sten 3D-Scans von Bauteilen mit bis zu 80 cm Gr\u00f6\u00dfe eingesetzt. Durch einen Roboterarm-gef\u00fchrten Messkopf, ist die Scan-Box insbesondere f\u00fcr 3D Scans von Turbinenschaufeln, Turboladern, Blisks und Gussgeh\u00e4usen geeignet. Bei Airfoil-Inspektionen k\u00f6nnen scharfe Radien in Lage und Kontur mit einer Detailaufl\u00f6sung von mehr als 20 Messpunkten pro Millimeter aufgenommen werden.<\/li><li>Softwarepakete wie Volume Graphics oder Polyworks werden abgestimmt auf die jeweilige Anwendung, auch in Kombination miteinander, eingesetzt und die dreidimensionalen Ergebnisse von Volumen und Oberfl\u00e4chenanalysen werden \u2013 je nach Fragestellung \u2013 kombiniert und z.B. in FE-Netze f\u00fcr die Simulation konvertiert.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element
