Congratulations to our colleagues Rahul Nellissery Rajan and Guillaume Boussinot !!! We are proud to see their research paper titled “Pattern formation during melting of lamellar eutectics“ published in “Physical Review Letters “(PRL) and recognized as an Editors‘ Suggestion.
The study provides valuable new insights into the melting behaviour of eutectic materials by combining advanced in situ experiments with phase-field simulations. These findings contribute to a better understanding of solidification and melting processes, with relevance for applications such as additive manufacturing.
