Since its foundation at RWTH Aachen University in 1986, Access has had its roots in research and development. Since then, numerous scientific projects have been carried out profitably with a wide variety of project partners and funding bodies. The many years of experience in successfully applying for and processing publicly funded projects has resulted in a broad spectrum of funded research activities today: For example, the investigation of basic research questions is funded by the DFG, among others, but also in close cooperation with industry to advance near-series developments, e.g. in the LuFo program of the federal government.

In addition to publicly funded research, direct industrial contract research is one of Access’ main fields of activity. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
